تأثیر تیمار نیتروژن و سیلیسیم بر برخی پارامترهای فتوسنتزی وصفات کمی گیاه شنبلیله (Trigonella foenum graecum L.)

چکیده

به منظور بررسی اثر سطوح مختلف نیتروژن (0، 50، 100 و 150 کیلوگرم در هکتار به‌صورت کودآبیاری) و سیلیسیم  (0، کودآبیاری یک میلی‌مولار، کودآبیاری دو میلی‌مولار، محلول‌پاشی یک میلی‌مولار، محلول‌پاشی دو میلی‌مولار) بر ویژگی‌های مختلف گیاه شنبلیله، آزمایشی به صورت کرت‌های خردشده در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی انجام شد. صفات مورد مطالعه در این آزمایش شامل: ارتفاع بوته، طول برگ، تعداد شاخه در بوته، طول ریشه، درصد ماده خشک ریشه، درصد ماده خشک اندام هوایی، رنگیزه‌های فتوسنتزی، میزان نیتروژن، نیترات و سیلیسیم گیاه بودند.طبق نتایج، تنها با دو تیمار نیتروژن 50 و 150 به همراه محلول‌پاشی یک میلی‌مولار سیلیسیم، ارتفاع بوته نسبت به شاهد برتری معنی‌داری نشان داد. تنها تیماری که طول ریشه آن بیشتر از شاهد ثبت شد، تیمار محلول‌پاشی یک میلی‌مولار سیلیسیم و بدون نیتروژن بود. بیشترین ماده خشک اندام هوایی در تیمار نیتروژن 150+ بدون سیلیسیم به‌دست آمد. همچنین تیمار محلول‌پاشی دو میلی‌مولار سیلیسیم بدون نیتروژن بالاترین درصد ماده خشک ریشه را نشان داد. کمترین مقدار کلروفیل کل و کارتنوئید مربوط به تیمار محلول‌پاشی دو میلی‌مولار سیلیسیم بدون نیتروژن و کمترین مقدار تجمع نیترات، مربوط به تیمار محلول‌پاشی دو میلی‌مولار سیلیسیم بدون نیتروژن بود. تنها تیمار نیتروژن 100+ محلول‌پاشی دو میلی‌مولار سیلیسیم بود که غلظت سیلیسیم برگ بیشتری نسبت به شاهد داشت. به طور کلی، ترکیب تیماری نیتروژن 50 + محلول‌پاشی یک میلی‌مولار سیلیسیم در جهت بهبود رشد رویشی و تیمار نیتروژن 100 به منظور افزایش نفوذ برگی سیلیسیم و به همراه آن افزایش خاصیت ضد تنشی این عنصر مفید توصیه می‌گردد.
