تأثیر اوره، نانوکودنیتروژن و آمینواسید بر ترکیبات پلی‌فنولی گیاه دارویی سرخارگل (Echinaceae purpurea L.)

چکیده

این تحقیق به منظور ارزیابی تاثیر کود­ اوره و محلول­پاشی­ نانو­نیتروژن و آمینواسید بر نوع ترکیبات پلی­فنولی و محتوای نیتروژن کل در اندام هوایی گیاه سرخارگل (Echinacea purpurea)، بر پایه فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی در بهار سال 1398 انجام گرفت. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل فاکتور اول کود اوره (0، 100 و 200 کیلوگرم در هکتار)، فاکتور دوم محلول‌پاشی با نانوکودنیتروژن (0، 1 و 3 گرم در لیتر) و فاکتور سوم محلول­پاشی با آمینواسید تجاری فرمولایف  (0، 1 و 3 گرم در لیتر) بودند. برداشت در زمان گلدهی گیاه انجام شد و بعد از خشک کردن گیاه در سایه، عصاره هیدروالکلی اندام هوایی به روش استخراج با امواج فراصوت تهیه گردید. تشخیص و اندازه­گیری ترکیبات پلی­فنولی موجود در عصاره بوسیله دستگاه کروماتوگرافی مایع با کارایی بالا صورت گرفت. اعمال تیمارهای نیتروژن بر ترکیبات پلی‌فنولی گیاه سرخارگل تأثیر مثبتی داشت و هر ترکیب فنولی در یک تیمار خاص به بیشترین مقدار رسید. به­طوری­که ترکیب اسید گالیک Gallic acid)) با اعمال 3 گرم در لیتر از نانوکودنیتروژن و ترکیبات اسید سینامیک (cinnamic acid) و آپی­چنین به ترتیب با اعمال 1 و 3 گرم در لیتر از آمینواسید به حداکثر مقدار خود رسیدند. همچنین، ترکیبات اسید کلروژنیک (chlorogenic acid) و کوئرستین (quercetin) با اعمال همزمان 1 گرم در لیتر از نانوکودنیتروژن و 3 گرم در لیتر از آمینواسید، ترکیبات اسید کوماریک (comaric acid) و اسید رزماریک (romaric acid) با اعمال همزمان 3 گرم در لیتر از آمینواسید و 200 کیلوگرم بر هکتار اوره و ترکیبات کافئیک اسید و روتین (rutin) با اعمال 200 کیلوگرم بر هکتار اوره به بیشترین مقدار خود رسیدند. از آنجایی‌که تیمار 3 گرم در لیتر از آمینواسید و 200 کیلوگرم بر هکتار اوره، بیشترین مقدار ترکیبات اسید کوماریک (comaric acid) و اسید رزماریک (romaric acid) را ایجاد نمود و آسیب کمتری نیز به مقدار ترکیبات مهم اسید گالیک Gallic acid))، اسید کلروژنیک (chlorogenic acid) و روتین (rutin) زد، لذا می‌تواند به‌عنوان تیمار بهینه جهت افزایش محتوای ترکیبات مهم پلی‌فنولی گیاه سرخارگل معرفی شود. اندازه‌گیری محتوای نیتروژن گیاه نیز نشان داد که با محلول­پاشی نانونیتروژن و آمینواسید و کوددهی اوره، میزان نیتروژن کل در اندام هوایی گیاه نسبت به شاهد افزایش می­ یابد.
