واکنشهای مورفوفیزیولوژیکی گیاه خرفه (Portulaca oleracea L.) به اسید هیومیک تحت تنش نیکل
در این تحقیق بهمنظور بررسی واکنشهای مورفوفیزیولوژیکی گیاه خرفه به اسید هیومیک تحت تنش نیکل آزمایشی بهصورت کرتهای خردشده با دو فاکتور بر پایه طرح کاملا تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد که در آن غلظتهای نیکل با 4 سطح (0، 2/0، 4/0 و 6/0 میلیمولار) بهعنوان فاکتور اصلی و غلظتهای اسید هیومیک با 4 سطح (0، 200، 400 و 600 میلی گرم در لیتر) بهعنوان فاکتور فرعی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که غلظتهای مختلف نیکل و اسید هیومیک روی اکثر صفات مورفو-فیزیولوژیکی از قبیل طول ریشه، مالوندیآلدهید، سوپر اکسید دیسموتاز، کاتالاز، محتوای کلروفیل و کاروتنوئید اثرات معنیداری داشته است. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش غلظت نیکل شاخصهای رشد از قبیل طول اندام هوایی و ریشه، وزن تر و خشک، محتوای کلروفیل و کاروتنوئید کاهش یافت، در حالیکه مقدار پرولین، مالوندیآلدهید و کاتالاز افزایش یافت. بیشترین میزان رشد و عملکرد گیاه و محتوای کلروفیل و کاروتنوئید در غلظت 600 میلی گرم بر لیتر هیومیک اسید و غلظت 4/0 میلی مولار نیکل بهدست آمد. بنابراین می توان نتیجهگیری کرد که محلول پاشی هیومیک اسید می تواند یک روش مناسب برای کاهش اثرات مضر نیکل و بهبود فرآیندهای فیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی و افزایش تحمل گیاه به تنش نیکل در گیاه خرفه گردد.

بهینه سازی سیستم جوانه زنی آرابیدوپسیس برای مطالعات تغذیه ای در کشت های بدون خاک
آرابیدوپسیس مهمترین گیاه مدل در تحقیقات تغذیه و ژنتیک گیاهی است. این آزمایش براساس اهمیت پرورش آرابیدوپسیس در سیستمهای بدون خاک به منظور آزمایشهای دقیق تغذیهای و اهمیت سیستم جوانهزنی کارآمد و تولید گیاهچههای سالم، در بسترترکیبی آگار وعناصر معدنی اجراگردید. برهمین اساس میکروتیوبهای دو میلیلیتری بهطول 10 میلیمتر برش وتوسط نوارچسب عریض بهشکل وارونه به میز هود متصل وسپس بامحیط کشت حاوی آگار (55/0%) و عناصر معدنی (هوگلند) با نسبت حجمی 1:1 پر شدند. پس از انجماد محیط کشت، میکروتیوبها بهشکل معمولی و طبیعی برگردانیده و بذور استریل و استراتیفه شده آرابیدوپسیس در آنها کشت و سپس به اتاقک رشد با شرایط محیطی کنترل شده منتقل گردیدند. درصد جوانهزنی بذور، وزن تر و خشک برگ، سطح رزت و گیاهچههای سالم و قابل انتقال (210 گیاهچه) طی سه هفته اول مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج آزمایش بیانگر کارایی سیستم طراحی شده بهمنظور جوانهزنی بذور آرابیدوپسیس برای کشتهای بدون خاک بود. درصد جوانهزنی بذور کشت شده بیش از 5/97% بود.بیش از 85% گیاهچههای تولیدی سالم، دارای رشد مناسب و یکنواخت، بهویژه دارای ریشههای سالم و قابل بررسی در مطالعات بیولوژی ریشه و قابل انتقال به محیط کشت اصلی بودند. نشاهای تولید شده دراین سیستم در هفته سوم و در مرحله 8 برگی پس از کشت آماده انتقال به محیط اصلی کشت بودند. براساس نتایج آزمایش سیستم طراحی شده در این تحقیق بدلیل کارایی بالا، کنترل دقیق محیط کشت جوانهزنی و رشد ریشه، جهت آزمایشهای مربوط به جوانه-زنی و کشت آرابیدوپسیس در سیستم بدون خاک بهویژه آزمایشات مرتبط با تغذیه معرفی میگردد.

بررسی خصوصیات رشدی و تغییرات غلظت عناصر پرمصرف و کممصرف گیاه سیر تحت تأثیر منابع نیتروژن و تنش قلیائیت در کشت هیدروپونیک
قلیایی بودن آب و خاک از مهمترین فاکتورهای محیطی محدودکنندهی تولید محصولات کشاورزی در مناطق خشک و نیمهخشک دنیا ازجمله ایران است. از این رو بهمنظور ارزیابی تأثیر منابع نیتروژن بر غلظت عناصر غذایی اندام هوایی سیر در شرایط تنش قلیاییت، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه فاکتور بیکربنات سدیم در سه سطح (0، 10 و 20 میلیمولار)، نوع منبع نیتروژن در سه سطح (سولفات آمونیوم، نیترات آمونیوم و نیترات کلسیم با غلظت 5 میلیمولار) و دو ژنوتیپ سیر (سفید و بنفش) با 3 تکرار انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد منابع نیترات آمونیوم و سولفات آمونیوم اثر منفی بیکربنات را بر وزن تر و خشک اندام هوایی و وزن تر و خشک ریشه کاهش داد. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که با افزایش تنش قلیائیت غلظت نیتروژن و پتاسیم در هر دو ژنوتیپ سیر تغذیهشده با سولفات آمونیوم یا نیترات آمونیوم افزایش یافتند. غلظت کلسیم و منیزیم گیاهانی که با منابع سولفات آمونیوم و نیترات کلسیم تغذیه شده بودند با افزایش تنش قلیائیت در هر دو ژنوتیپ افزایش یافت. همچنین غلظت آهن اندام هوایی در هر دو ژنوتیپ سیر تحت تأثیر بیکربنات در هر سه منبع نیتروژن کاهش یافت. با توجه به نتایج بهدستآمده از این آزمایش استفاده از منابع سولفات آمونیوم و نیترات آمونیوم کارایی بهتری بر جذب و غلظت عناصر غذایی در اندام هوایی سیر و رشد بهتر این گیاه در شرایط تنش بیکربنات داشت.

تاثیر نسبتهای مختلف نیترات به آمونیوم بر رشد و عملکرد گیاه عروسک پشت پرده (physalis alkekengi)
نیتروژن به دو شکل نیترات و آمونیوم توسط گیاه جذب میشود که یک تعادل مناسب از آمونیوم و نیترات برای رشد مطلوب گیاه نیاز است. با هدف بررسی نسبتهای مختلف NO3-:NH4+(100:0، 75:25، 50:50 ، 25:75، 0:100) آزمایشی به صورت طرح کاملا تصادفی با سه تکرار روی گیاه عروسک پشت پرده تحت شرایط آبکشت انجام شد. متعاقباً، فاکتورهای رشدی، فیزیولوژیکی و کیفی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که تاثیر تیمارها بر وزن خشک اندامهای هوایی، ارتفاع گیاه، تعداد برگ، قطر ساقه و سطح برگ معنیدار بود و حداکثر وزن خشک اندام هوایی، تعداد برگ و سطح برگ در تیمار 50:50 مشاهده شد. تیمارها تاثیر معنیداری بر غلظت سه عنصر نیتروژن، کلسیم و پتاسیم در برگ داشتند. افزایش مقدار آمونیوم از 50 به 100 درصد در محلول غذایی عملکرد را از نظر وزن میوه 67% و از نظر تعداد میوه 57% کاهش داد. نسبتهای مختلف نیترات به آمونیوم بر صفات کیفی از جمله مقدار مواد جامد محلول، اسید قابل تیتراسیون و ویتامین ث معنی دار بود و کمترین مقدار ویتامین ث و اسیدیته در تیمارهایی با درصد آمونیوم بالای 50 درصد مشاهده گردید. نتایج نشاندهنده این بود که نسبتهای 75:25 و 50:50 تاثیر مثبتی بر فاکتورهای اندازهگیری شده داشتند.

اثرات کودهای آلی، زیستی و شیمیایی بر عملکرد و ترکیبات شیمیایی زرشک بی دانه در سالپربار
این مطالعه بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر انواع کود بر عملکرد و ترکیبات شیمیایی گیاه زرشک بیدانه به صورت کرتهای خردشده در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا شد. عامل اصلی شامل چهار شیوه کاربرد کود (1-عدم کاربرد، 2-کود شیمیایی، 3- کود آلی و 4-50% کود شیمیایی (تیمار 2) و 50% کود آلی (تیمار 3) و عامل فرعی شامل عدم کاربرد کود زیستی و اسیدهیومیک، کاربرد کود زیستی فسفاتبارو2، کاربرد اسیدهیومیک و کاربرد فسفاتبارور2 + اسیدهیومیک بودند. تیمارهای کودی اثر معنیداری بر تمام صفات داشتند، بهطوری که مخلوط کودهای شیمیایی و دامی همراه با کودآبیاری اسیدهیومیک و فسفاتبارو2 بیشترین وزن تر (343/17 کیلوگرم) و خشک حبه در هر درختچه (237/4 کیلوگرم )، وزن تر شاخههای بارده (864/18 کیلوگرم)، ویتامین ث (170/10 میلیگرم در 100 گرم میوه تازه)، آنتوسیانین (513/5 میلیگرم در لیتر) و درصد خاکستر میوه (026/7 درصد) را به خود اختصاص داد. کود دامی با کودآبیاری اسیدهیومیک و فسفاتبارور2 موجب بیشترین فلاونوئید (203/32 میلیگرم در گرم) و درصد فسفر (0254/0 درصد) و پتاسیم (625/3 درصد) میوه گردید.

تأثیر سیلیسیم بر غلظت عناصر غذایی، رنگیزه های فتوسنتزی و کیفیت میوه توت فرنگی رقم کاماروسا
استان مازندران با داشتن رتبه دوم تولید توتفرنگی کشور یکی از قطبهای مهم تولید این ریزمیوه محبوب بشمار میآید. پژوهش حاضر بهمنظور بررسی اثر منابع سیلیسیمی آلی و شیمیایی به ترتیب شامل پوسته برنج، سیلیکات سدیم و پتاسیم بر توتفرنگی در کشت بدون خاک صورت گرفت. آزمایش بصورت فاکتوریل با دو فاکتور بستر کاشت (دوگانه و سهگانه) و تغذیه سیلیکات سدیم و پتاسیم (شاهد،50 و 100 میلیگرم بر لیتر سیلیسیم) در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی و در سه تکرار انجام گرفت. بطوریکه هر تکرار حاوی سه بوته توتفرنگی رقم کاماروسا بود. نتایج نشان داد گیاهان تیمارشده با سیلیکات سدیم 100، نسبت به سایر تیمارهای سیلیسیمی از میزان کلروفیل a بیشتری برخوردار بودند. غلظت پتاسیم و کلسیم برگ توتفرنگی در بستر دوگانه (فاقد پوسته برنج) بهطور معنیداری بیشتر از بستر سهگانه (حاوی پوسته برنج) بود. از میان تیمارهای بهکار رفته تنها تیمار محلولپاشی سیلیکات پتاسیم 100 بهطور معنیداری موجب افزایش سیلیسیم برگ نسبت به سایر تیمارها در سطح احتمال یک درصد شد. میزان فلاونوئید کل در تیمار سیلیکات پتاسیم 100 در بستر فاقد پوسته برنج بهطور معنیداری از تمامی تیمارها به غیر از تیمار سیلیکات پتاسیم 50 در بستر حاوی پوسته برنج، بیشتر بود. بهطورکلی از نظر جذب عناصر غذایی و کیفیت میوه توتفرنگی، تیمار سیلیکات پتاسیم 100 در بستر فاقد پوسته برنج مؤثرتر از سایر تیمارها بود.

اثر کود زیستی نیتروکسین و سوپر جاذب رطوبت بر صفات رشد و اجزای عملکرد بلال ذرت دانهای در شرایط تنش کمبود آب
این پژوهش به منظور بررسی اثرات کود زیستی نیتروکسین و سوپر جاذب رطوبتی بر صفات رشد و اجزای عملکرد ذرت دانهای در تحت شرایط تنش کمبود آب به اجرا درآمد. در این آزمایش فاکتور آبیاری با سه سطح شامل آبیاری نرمال (آبیاری در پتانسیل آب خاک 3- بار)، تنش متوسط (آبیاری در پتانسیل آب خاک 7- بار) و تنش شدید (آبیاری در پتانسیل آب خاک 11- بار) بعنوان عامل اصلی و کود زیستی نیتروکسین و پلیمر سوپر جاذب و ترکیب آنها به همراه تیمار شاهد در چهار سطح بعنوان عامل فرعی به صورت آزمایش اسپلیت پلات در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. صفات مورد اندازهگیری شامل ارتفاع بوته، شاخص سطح برگ، طول بلال، محیط بلال، تعداد ردیف دانه در بلال، تعداد دانه در ردیف، وزن 100 دانه، عملکرد دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیک و شاخص برداشت بود. نتایج نشان داد که اغلب صفات رشد و نیز عملکرد به صورت معناداری تحت تأثیر کاربرد سوپرجاذب و نیتروکسین قرار گرفتند. این اثربخشی در شرایط تنش ملایم کمتر و با تنش شدید بیشتر بود. کاربرد توأم سوپرجاذب و نیتروکسین در هر دو شرایط تنش ملایم و خفیف وضعیت بهتری در صفات رشد و اجزای عملکرد ایجاد کرد. عملکرد دانه در شرایط تنش شدید با استفاده از نیتروکسین و سوپر جاذب و ترکیب آنها در مقایسه با عدم استفاده از آنها به ترتیب 35 ،60 و 68 درصد افزایش یافت. کمترین عملکرد دانه (65/4 تن در هکتار) با تنش شدید آبی و عدم استفاده از کود زیستی نیتروکسین و سوپرجاذب حاصل شد.

بررسی امکان جایگزینی جزئی کود اوره به وسیله کودهای زیستی در تولید گیاه دارویی شوید
آزمایشی بهمنظور ارزیابی تأثیر کاربرد کودهای زیستی در کاهش مصرف کود شیمیایی اوره مطالعه گردید و اثر تیمارهای تغذیهای بر کمیت و کیفیت محصول گیاه دارویی شوید بررسی شد. این آزمایش در سال زراعی 98-1397 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه بینالمللی امام خمینی (ره)، واقع در شهر قزوین انجام گرفت. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل 4 سویه باکتری محرک رشد (Azotobacter، Azospirillum،Pseudomonas stutzeri و Pseudomonas putida) بود که با نسبت مساوی با هم ترکیب شده و به عنوان کود زیستی به کار گرفته شد. کود زیستی تهیه شده در ترکیب با سطوح مختلف اوره (صفر، 25، 50 و 100 درصد مقدار توصیه شده اوره برای گیاه شوید) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که کود اوره به صورت جدا و ترکیب با کود زیستی ویژگیهای رشد رویشی، مقدار محصول بذر (4/964 کیلوگرم در هکتار)، درصد اسانس (70/2 درصد) و مقدار کلروفیل برگ (74/1 میلیگرم در گرم وزن تر) را نسبت به تیمار شاهد افزایش داد. آنالیز اسانس حاصل از بذر شوید نشان داد که مهمترین ترکیبات اسانس کارون (23/56 درصد)، لیمونن (7/26 درصد) و آپیول (08/18 درصد) بود که به طور معنیداری تحت تأثیر کودهای زیستی و شیمیایی قرار گرفتند. استفاده از نصف مقدار توصیه شده کود اوره به همراه کود زیستی، علاوه بر افزایش مقدار محصول سبب بالا رفتن کیفیت شوید میگردد. در واقع به منظور کاهش مقدار کود شیمیایی، استفاده از کوددهی تلفیقی پیشنهاد میشود.

تاثیر محلول پاشی قبل از برداشت ترکیبات کلسیمی بر کیفیت و خواص آنتیاکسیدانی میوه گلابی رقم درگزی
به منظور بررسی اثرات محلول پاشی کلسیم بر خواص کیفی و عمر انباری گلابی رقم درگزی، آزمایشی در سال 1396 در زنجان (ابهر) بصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار اجرا گردید. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل ترکیبات حاوی کلسیم (شاهد، کلرید کلسیم، لاکتات کلسیم و لیگنوسولفونات کلسیم)، و عمر انبارمانی (بلافاصله پس از برداشت، 45 روز پس از انبارمانی و 90 روز پس از انبارمانی) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش طول انبارمانی سفتی بافت، مواد جامد محلول کل، اسید کل، فلاونوئید، فنل کل و مقدار ویتامین C کاهش یافت. استفاده از ترکیبات کلسیم سبب افزایش مقدار کلسیم کل میوه نسبت به شاهد شد و در زمان برداشت میوههای تیمار شده با لیگنوسولفونات کلسیم، مقدار کلسیم داخلی بیشتری را نشان دادند. با افزایش عمر انباری مقدار کلسیم کل افزایش یافت و در زمان بررسی 45 و 90 روز اختلاف معنیداری بین تیمارهای مختلف کلسیمی مشاهده نشد. استفاده از محلولپاشی کلسیم سبب حفظ سفتی، مواد جامد محلول کل، اسید کل بیشتر بافت نسبت به شاهد شد. بیشترین میزان اسید کل هم در تیمارهای لیگنوسولفات کلسیم و لاکتات کلسیم در زمان سوم مشاهده شد.

بررسی تاثیرکودهای زیستی بر صفات مورفوفیزیولوژیک شنبلیله در شرایط مختلف رطوبتی
بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر کودهای زیستی در کاهش اثر تنش کمآبیاری در شنبلیله، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل دو عاملی در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در شرایط گلخانهای اجرا شد. عامل اول آبیاری در دو سطح بدون تنش (آبیاری بر-اساس 100 درصد ظرفیت خاک) و تنش کم آبیاری (آبیاری براساس 40 درصد ظرفیت خاک) و عامل دوم کود زیستی در سه سطح بدون کود زیستی، استفاده از قارچ میکوریزا و استفاده از عصاره جلبک در نظر گرفته شدند. صفات مورد بررسی شامل میزان سبزینگی، میزان آب نسبی برگ، شاخص پایداری غشاء، وزنتر بوته، عملکرد دانه، تعداد و عرض روزنههای برگ، تعداد غلاف و تعداد دانه در غلاف بودند. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد اثر آبیاری برای تمام صفات مورد بررسی بهجز تعداد روزنه معنیدار بود. همچنین اثر کود زیستی نیز برای تمام صفات و اثر متقابل آبیاری و کود زیستی برای اکثر صفات بهجز میزان آب نسبی برگ معنیدار بود. بیشترین عملکرد دانه و وزنتر بوته به ترتیب به میزان 55/4 گرم در بوته و 06/18 گرم، در شرایط بدون تنش و با استفاده از کود میکوریزا حاصل شد. استفاده از کود میکوریزا در شرایط تنش سبب بهبود اکثر صفات در مقایسه با عدم استفاده از کود زیستی شد. نتایج رگرسیون گامبهگام نشان داد که تعداد دانه در غلاف در شرایط تنش و بدون تنش بیشترین اثر را بر عملکرد دانه داشت درحالیکه تعداد روزنهها در شرایط بدون تنش و تعداد و عرض روزنهها در شرایط تنش بیشترین اثر را بر وزنتر بوته داشتند.

بررسی اثرات کاربرد کمپوست پسماند شهری و نیتروژن بر عملکرد و غلظت فلزات سنگین در خاک و میوه گوجه فرنگی(Solanum lycopersicum)
بهمنظور ارزیابی اثرات کاربرد کمپوست پسماند شهری بر عملکرد، غلظت نیترات میوه و برخی خصوصیات شیمیایی خاک، یک آزمایش مزرعهای با 9 تیمار در قالب طرح آماری کرتهای خرد شده در مرکز تحقیقات و آموزش کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی استان تهران اجرا شد. اثر کمپوست پسماند شهری، اثر نیتروژن و اثر متقابل آنها بر عملکرد در سطح یک درصد آماری معنیدار بود. بالاترین عملکرد میوه به میزان 68785 کیلوگرم در هکتار، از مصرف 20 تن در هکتار کمپوست همراه با 100 کیلوگرم در هکتار نیتروژن بهدست آمد. مصرف 20 تن در هکتار کمپوست پسماند شهری غلظت سرب، کادمیوم و نیکل در میوه گوجه فرنگی را به ترتیب به میزان 2804، 2400 و 3022 درصد نسبت به تیمار شاهد افزایش معنیدار داد، با این وجود، غلظت هیچ یک از عناصر فوق در میوه، بیش از حداکثر مجاز استاندارد ملی کشور نبود. همچنین مصرف کمپوست پسماند شهری موجب افزایش غلظت کل سرب، نیکل و کادمیوم خاک گردید که در این افزایش غلظت نیز در محدوده مجاز بود. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده، از کمپوست پسماند شهری به میزان 20 تن در هکتار همراه با 100 کیلوگرم در هکتار نیتروژن میتوان برای نیل به حداکثر عملکرد با تاکید بر غلظت مجاز فلزات سنگین سود جست.
